VAT and Duty For EU and ROW customers.

Royal Mail EU Trade Duty as from 1st July 2026.

From 1 July 2026, a flat customs duty of €3 will apply to Business to Consumer (B2C) parcels under €150 entering the EU. The EU describes the measure as temporary, ahead of broader EU customs reform. According to the Council’s of the European Union's release, the €3 duty will apply to all B2C goods under €150, including those sold by non-EU sellers registered under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) for VAT purposes. It will apply per line. If a single parcel contains multiple different types of items, the duty can add up.

Please note that no VAT was charged to your order as we are not VAT registered in the UK. Therefore we are not registered as an IOSS business (The Import One-Stop Shop - IOSS) This means that DUTY and/or VAT will/may be collected at the time of importing from your Postal Service in your country of origin. We apologise in advance, but as a Sole Trading company, at this time, it is not viable for us to register for VAT or IOSS registration.

US customers are currently having to pay a £1.50 duty charge in UK Post Offices on top of shipping costs. This is beyond our control at Little Universe Music and this cost is unfortunately added to your shipping price.

All Multiple Orders placed with Pre Order CDs or Vinyl will be Shipped Together on the arrival of the last pre order date release of that CD or Vinyl.

Please Do Not ask for items to be shipped without the Pre Orders.

Please order Pre Order CDs or Vinyl items seperately if you do not want to wait. Extra Shipping fees will apply.

Please select the correct shipping menu for you order.

Any Order selected with the wrong shipping method (ie, Selecting a CD large letter Shipping Postage price for a Small Parcel Vinyl order) will have their order cancelled and refunded.

Free tracked shipping on UK orders £75 and over and £150 for International Orders. (upto 2KG only)

International Parcels over 2KG will be subject to Parcelforce Worldwide fees which vary from £80 to £120. Please contact us if you think your order will exceed this weight.

Any order exceeding 2KG in weight will have their order cancelled and refunded if no prior arrangement or contact has provisionally been made by the customer.

All CDs and Vinyl are new items and sealed units (unless stated otherwise). CDs and Vinyl are shipped in a sturdy custom cardboard CD/Vinyl box (with stiffners) and sealed with vinyl tape. We ship within 24hrs of an order being placed (Not Bank Holidays)
In the event your item is out of stock, a full refund will be credited back to your Credit/Debit Card or PayPal account.

Royal Mail Shipping prices include packing materials, time taken to pack and ship your parcel. I'm not Amazon ;-)
