I am finding myself listening to Divine Matrix (Steve Barnes) more and more recently. A relatively new experience to my ears from the AD Music label on recently acquiring the previous release "Helios" at Little Universe Music.
The music varies from dreamy ambient spacey electronics to Tangerine Dream like sequences.
Divine Matrix has the ability to get into your head on the very first listens and why not. Sometimes electronic music can be made overly complex, either on purpose or to create "that new sound", but here everything just flows and flows very nicely thank you very much. You'll find yourself hummin' along or drifting away in your mind when you listen to Divine Matrix, it really is that good.
